What are the requirements for VPN?

There are three requirements for TVCC VPN:

1. You must have a high speed (256k minimum) connection. This might be in the form of DSL, cable modem, or a wireless. Dial-up connectivity does not offer the speed required for VPN access.

2. You must install the TVCC VPN software client on your personal computer or laptop.
   
3. You must have a valid TVCC Cardinal User ID.
